The components of the reactor
1. Kettle body

2. Temperature control system
It is composed of electric heating sleeve, insulation sleeve, temperature controller, Pt100 temperature probe, electrical control circuit, control case, control panel, etc.

3. Pressurizing system
It is composed of a JB-80 ultra-high pressure manual pump with a working pressure of 80MPa.
4. Multi-channel ultra-high pressure valves and pipelines
Used to connect the reactor and the ultra-high pressure pump pipeline using Phi 3×1㎜ high pressure stainless steel pipeline, valve, pipeline pressure 80MPa.
5. Pressure measuring system
Use a pressure gauge to measure the pressure in the reactor. The measuring range of the pressure gauge is 100MPa.

It is used to install reaction kettle, pressure pump, multi-way (6-way) valve, control box and other parts. The bracket is installed with casters for easy movement.
operation
1. Remove the pipeline connected to the upper cover of the reaction kettle, unscrew the fixing screw of the upper cover, and open the upper cover.
2. Put the reactor specimen into the reactor and add the reaction medium.
3. Screw the top cover fitted with the "O" ring to the kettle body and tighten the screw.
4. The 3×1㎜ pipeline and the reaction kettle on the cover connected.
5. Close the pump pressure valve, open the suction valve, fill the reaction medium in the liquid storage tank, pump suction, close the suction valve after full. (The sign of full suction is that when entering the pump, there is no bubble discharged in the liquid storage tank)
6. Open the pump pressure valve, pressure gauge valve, reactor valve with a manual pump to pressurize the reactor to the required pressure.
7. If the medium pressure of a pump cannot reach the value, the pump pressure valve can be closed to open the suction valve, the pump is filled with the medium and then closed the suction valve, open the pump pressure valve to continue to pressure.
8. When heating, open the heating switch on the control box, and set the heating temperature to the required value on the temperature controller. The temperature controller automatically controls the heating of the reactor and finally keeps it at the required temperature value.
9. When heating, as the temperature rises and the liquid expands, the pressure will continue to rise. At this time, it is necessary to open the vent valve in time to vent (using the vent valve at the bottom of the tank body to vent) to ensure that the pressure in the tank body does not exceed the working pressure of the tank body.
After the reaction is completed, turn off the heating switch first. When the temperature of the kettle body drops below 80℃, open the empty valve for air discharge and pressure reduction.
Matters needing attention
1. The heating furnace must be grounded safely and reliably to prevent leakage from hurting people;
2. There is a very high temperature on the kettle body during heating. Do not touch it with your hands in case of scalding.
3. All line connection caps must be tightened to prevent injury from high pressure.
4. When heating up, it is necessary to always pay attention to the pressure rise and release pressure in time to prevent overpressure, damage equipment and injury to operators.
