The following researches can be carried out by using this device:
(1) Simulate and calculate the oil-water distribution state in the micro-pore structure and the oil-water saturation value in the pores under different states, and describe the oil-water saturation distribution in the micro-pore structure water flooding and chemical flooding process;
(2) To carry out research on the microscopic mechanism of seawall flooding, chemical flooding and gas flooding at normal temperature and pressure;
(3) Research on the micro-mechanism of high temperature and high pressure water flooding and chemical flooding.
Second, system composition
The micro-displacement model system mainly consists of injection system, model system, measurement system, data and image acquisition and processing system. See system flow chart for details.
(1) The injection system is composed of injection pump, intermediate vessel, vacuum pump, annular pressure pump, etc. Multiple mediums such as water/gas/chemicals are available for injection into the model body. In the design process, the entire process, including the use of pipe valve parts dead volume as small as possible.
(2) The model system is composed of high temperature and high pressure visual model, flat light source, thermostat, etc.
(3) The measuring system is composed of pressure sensor, temperature controller, metering pipe and back pressure system.
(4) Data and image acquisition and processing system includes high-power microscope, color camera, image acquisition card, digital camera, desktop computer, micro displacement data and image analysis software, etc.
