Rock pore casting instrument

The technology of rock casting has been developed for nearly fifty years. Domestic geological departments, petroleum departments, mainly use rock casting and casting pieces to study the content, type and distribution of reservoir rock pores. It works by injecting liquid dye under vacuum pressure into the throat of the rock pore and heating it to cure. In consolidated rock, the space occupied by impregnant is the pore throat space connected by rock. The impregnated rock is further processed into rock slices, which are cast slices. If an impregnated rock is treated with acid, it dissolves the detrital minerals, blocks, and cements that make up the rock
